GUUL Healthcare Services is currently completing NDIS provider registration. In the meantime, we welcome self-managed and plan-managed participants seeking eligible supports. Once registered, we will also be able to support NDIA-managed participants, subject to availability and service suitability.

Why we exist

We believe everyone should have the opportunity to live with confidence, make meaningful choices and feel genuinely in control of their own life. Our purpose is to provide respectful, dependable support that builds independence, strengthens connection and helps each person move towards the goals and experiences that matter most to them.

Daily Living & Personal Activities

Support that fits your everyday routine

Daily Living Support can include assistance with personal care, getting ready for the day, eating and drinking, mobility, medication routines where appropriate, and other everyday activities that help life feel more manageable.

At GUUL Healthcare Services, we understand that these supports can be highly personal, which is why dignity, privacy and choice are central to the way we work. We take the time to learn how you prefer things to be done, what makes you feel comfortable and where you may want to do more for yourself over time.

Rather than rushing through a checklist, our team works at your pace and supports you in a way that feels respectful, familiar and consistent.

Household Tasks

Making home life easier to manage

Keeping on top of household tasks can make a big difference to how comfortable, organised and independent everyday life feels. We can assist with cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, tidying and other routine jobs around the home, based on what you actually need help with.

GUUL takes a collaborative approach, which means we don’t simply come in and take over. Where appropriate, we can work alongside you, help build routines and support you to take part in tasks in a way that matches your abilities and goals.

The aim is to make your home easier to manage while respecting the way you like things done and supporting greater confidence in your own space.

Community Access & Participation

More freedom to take part in your community

Being part of your community can mean something different to everyone. It may involve attending appointments, catching up with friends, joining a group, going shopping, visiting local places or trying something new. GUUL supports participants to get out and take part in activities that are meaningful to them, with the right level of assistance along the way.

We take the time to understand what you enjoy, what may make community access difficult and what would help you feel more comfortable or confident when you are out. Our focus is not simply on getting from one place to another, but on helping you build connections, have new experiences and participate in everyday community life in a way that feels right for you.

Transport Support

Getting where you need to go with confidence

Reliable transport can make it easier to stay on top of appointments, maintain social connections and participate in everyday activities. GUUL Healthcare Services can provide transport support for appointments, shopping, community activities and other planned outings, depending on your individual needs and support arrangements.

We know that transport is about more than the trip itself, so our team focuses on making the experience feel safe, comfortable and well organised from start to finish. We consider your mobility needs, preferences, routines and any additional support you may require before, during or after the journey.

With clear communication and dependable planning, we help reduce the stress around getting out and make it easier for you to stay connected to the places and people that matter.

Life Skills Development

Practical skills for greater everyday independence

Life Skills Development is about building practical abilities that can make everyday life feel more manageable and give you greater confidence in doing things for yourself. Depending on your goals, this may include cooking, budgeting, shopping, planning meals, managing household routines, using public transport, organising appointments or developing other day-to-day skills.

At GUUL, we work alongside you rather than doing everything for you. Support is adapted to the way you learn, your current abilities and the pace that feels comfortable. We focus on small, achievable steps that can be practised in real situations, helping you build confidence over time. The goal is not perfection, but giving you more skills, choice and independence in the areas of life that matter most to you.
